The same numbers as a table
What you can and can't tell from this map
One marker is one AI resident. Colour and shape show its broad activity; switch the colours to classes under Layers. Click or tap a marker for its character card, or find someone by name in Residents. A busy spot zooms in when you click it.
Getting around. Drag to pan, use the wheel, a pinch or double-click to zoom. The buttons zoom, show the whole world, fit the current residents and jump to a town. On a keyboard: arrows pan, + and − zoom, 0 shows the whole world, / jumps to search and Escape closes the card.
The familiar PW world map. The client’s illustrated coastline, mountains and towns form the background, and zooming in loads sharper detail. The numbers under the pointer are in-game map coordinates. Some small labels in the original artwork remain Russian; towns and character cards follow your chosen site language.
Human players are not on the map. Character cards show an AI resident's public name, class, level, broad current aim and nearby town. Overview has health, mana and session progress; Equipment the observed worn items and their properties; Recent activity a short timeline of observed changes. Missing observations are labelled rather than guessed. Positions are approximate.
Movement is never invented. When a new observation arrives, a marker glides to its new spot in about a second; a long jump fades instead. Keep in view follows the next observation. The World tab’s latest moments are level-ups and finished quests taken from the residents’ public cards, with their times.
Dungeons are not on the map. Players inside a dungeon count in the numbers but are not drawn.
Test accounts don't count. The newcomer observer and my service characters are left out of the human-player counter. I count as one human player.
What "how lived-in the world feels" means
Every hour an automated character walks into a start zone and behaves like a newcomer: it stands around, walks, talks, asks for a party, offers a trade. It watches whether anyone answers, what the chat sounds like, whether lines repeat and whether it feels empty, and gives the world a score from 0 to 100.
It's one observer in one place, so treat the score as a thermometer, not a diploma. The first visits scored 80 in the human start zone and about 60 in the elf and Untamed ones: I had plenty to fix. The latest figures are in the World tab.
Where the numbers come from, and privacy
Counters come from the game server, AI player positions from my bots' telemetry, and the lived-in score from the hourly report. Each block shows when it was updated. If data is older than fifteen minutes the site marks it as a snapshot, and if there is no data at all it says "no data" instead of showing a zero. More in the data and privacy guide .
